  4. 4.Which decisions need a board or a shareholder approval?

Name the document that grants the approval, the threshold, who holds it, when it ends, and who you escalate to if you disagree.

  5. 5.Are dealings with founders or their families written down?

  6. 6.What insurance do you think you have, and what does the schedule actually say?

  7. 7.If a founder leaves tomorrow, what does the constitution do?

  8. 8.Which record would a careful buyer ask for that you cannot find today?

  9. 9.Which approvals come from shareholder votes, board votes, class rights, and individual investor consent, and when do they end?

    Pass 2 · new

Include the threshold, the holder, the expiry, and the escalation route. Rights from earlier rounds can still bind.
